How to Use

Add a heaped teaspoon of the tisane into a reusable teabag, then place in hot (just off boiling) water and let it infuse for up to 5-15 minutes.

You can also use a teapot and strainer, a cafetiere or an infuser.

Drink up to 3 cups a day.
