All of the ingredients are 100% natural and caffeine-free. Nothing artificial, no fillers, just delicious herbs!

Peppermint is commonly used to relieve nausea and is well known for its digestive benefits. It can ease bloating and trapped wind.
Chamomile is soothing and can relax stomach cramps.
Fennel seed's volatile oils help to alleviate trapped wind and flatulence.
Coriander seed is a gentle carminative. It settles the stomach and sweetens the breath.

Each packet officially makes 3 delicious cups, so is great to try out something new! However, we have rebrewed the tea in the reusable teabag a couple of times to make an extra couple of cups - making it great value!

How to Use

Add a heaped teaspoon of the tisane into a reusable teabag, then place in hot (just off boiling) water and let it infuse for up to 5-15 minutes.

You can also use a teapot and strainer, a cafetiere or an infuser.

Drink up to 3 cups a day.
