Josh and Sophie have carefully combined and balanced ingredients that help aid sleep (Passionflower, Oat) with ones which help with relaxation and mood improvement (Lavender, Rose Petals, Camomile). 

The resulting tea is a brew that not only gives you a good nights’ sleep, but it also helps you to feel good the next day too!  Drunk without milk, this naturally caffeine-free blend is the perfect relaxing brew to wind down before bed.
