Shipping policy

Standard Delivery - £3.95 (free for orders over £35)

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days.

Once your order has shipped, you can expect it within 2-3 working days.

International Postage - Please email us for a quote prior to ordering

Local Delivery - If you live in GL52 postcode, you may qualify for local delivery. This will automatically populate at check-out as a shipping option once you have entered your shipping address, if your postcode if eligible and for orders over £20. Please note that using an express check-out option (such as Paypal or Google Pay) will not enable this as an option, so use the 'Checkout' button instead. Discount codes are still applicable with local delivery and can be added at checkout!

We also offer express delivery as an option at checkout.  This costs £5.75, and is free for orders over £50.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. However, during busy periods, bank holidays or personal holidays this may take a little longer. We will do our best to keep you updated. You will receive a dispatch note as soon as your order has been sent.  

If you wish to enquire about current dispatch times before placing an order, please contact us and we will be able to inform you as to which day your order will be dispatched. 

Where orders contain pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped only once all items are available. Please place orders separately if you need other items urgently.

Please note international orders may take longer. If you are in the Channel Islands and wish to use a different postal service such as a tracked one, then please contact us.
