An item that I really want is showing as 'sold out', when will more be available?
We work with lots of lovely suppliers, with a lot of our products being handmade to order. Therefore, lead times can vary. Please get in touch and we can best advise you on lead time or a suitable alternative.
Can I make changes to, or cancel, my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible, if we haven't dispatched your order then we might be able to make easy changes for you! Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
How much is postage?
Please refer to our Postage & Packaging page, for full details. Please note that there are known delays with some postage carriers, which may affect your delivery and make delivery times slightly longer than normal.
I have an idea for a product that you don't currently stock, would you be interested?
Yes! We are always looking out for new suppliers that share our values and to add to our range for our customers. We particularly focus on smaller UK-based suppliers, wth manufacture in the UK wherever possible. If you have an idea about a product to add to our range then please do get in touch
