This eco-friendly eye mask self-heats in a few seconds for 30 minutes of pure bliss. The eye mask activates as soon as you open the Kraft paper packet. It reacts with oxygen in the air, creating an exo-thermic reaction (any science buffs will know this means that it gives out heat). The heat is a comfortably warm temperature that lasts for 30 - 40 minutes.
