Scoop out a small amount, using the back of a nail if quite firm, and apply sparingly as and where required - a little goes a long way! As a cleanser, apply where required and simply wipe off with a cleansing pad - with the added benefit of no need to moisturise after.

For external use only, avoid contact with the eyes; do not apply to broken skin.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.

If your balm does get too warm, it can melt and then reset with a 'grainy' texture. It can be restored to its original form by melting down completely to a liquid (pop on a tray in the oven for a few minutes, take care to use oven gloves!) then popping in the freezer for 10 minutes.
